Requests

As a mage you need to earn money one way or another. The main way for mages to make money is to take on things called requests which are jobs people put out. Mages from all around take these requests to solve the problem that person put out in the form of a request. Depending on how rich the client is and how dangerous it is, the more or less you are paid. If you want to take the same request again, you must wait until the next month begins before you take it again.

Taking and Completing a Request

Steps on completing a request:

  1. Choose your request
  2. Post that you would like to take the request in the request's thread. State all the people going on the request.
  3. Wait for staff to approve of you to take it
  4. Once approved, you create a separate topic in the appropriate location
  5. Complete the request with the required number of posts and word count
  6. Post in the request's thread that you took your request from with the link to the thread that you have made and completed the request in.

  • C-Class - 2,000 experience
  • B-Class- 3,000 experience
  • A-Class - 4,000 experience
  • S-Class - 5,000 experience
  • SS-Class - 6,000 experience
  • Decade - 8,000 experience
  • Century - 9,999 experience

Teams

It is possible to take requests with another person. However, when completing a request with more then one person that is not on your team, the reward is split between whoever completes the request. Although, there is one way to get yourself paid in full when working with other people. These are teams. People can only be in one team at a time. Each team can only consist of members who are in the same guild (or guildless people with guildless people.) Ordinary Magic Council members cannot team up with Rune Knights. Rune Knight is a specific rank within the Magic Council and the Magic Council forbids just Magic Council members being teamed up with Rune Knights. A mage can only be part of one team at a time.

Bonus Rewards

You may have noticed the "bonus rewards" dice. Once you have completed a request, in your last post, you have the opportunity to roll the bonus rewards dice. When rolling this dice, if you land on the right number, you can get some bonus rewards for completing the request. This can range from more experience points to even intelligence stat points! Here is the key to the possible rewards you can roll:

1-5 • 1 Intelligence Point
7 • 10,000 Jewels
18-20 • 1,000 Experience
32-37 • 5,000 Jewels
45 • 3 Intelligence Points
50-59 • 1,000 Jewels
73 • 5,000 Experience
80-85 • 5,000 Jewels
90-94 • 500 Experience Points
